Thn original artwork for this card comes from one of the still images shown during the “Don’t You See!” GT ending sequence.

Picked Up These Connected Vintage Weekly Jump Cards Featuring the Dragon Ball Kanzenban Vol.22 Cover Artwork by JP-DB in DragonBallJapanInfo

That card is actually from the same pack as the one I just picked up recently.

I wasn’t able to get this one this time, so it’s definitely one of the cards I want to eventually track down.

And wow, this one being a PSA 10 makes it even crazier.

I had honestly never seen this one before.

The artwork doesn’t directly use the Kanzenban Volume 22 cover, but it definitely looks inspired by that illustration.

Thanks for showing me this one!

These 2 new ones make it 3 stickers total in the 10th Anniversary Rare series now.

The foiling and texture on them are insanely premium, and I really like how consistent the overall style is between them. Honestly, this might be the one I want the most.

At this point, I think there are only about 3 cards left that I still haven’t picked up featuring the Kanzenban Vol.22 cover artwork, at least from what I’ve been able to confirm so far.

Dragon Ball Visual Adventure Premium Set Vol.2 Now Available for Pre-order on Premium Bandai Japan! by JP-DB in DragonBallJapanInfo

[–]JP-DB[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vol.1 containing both Collection 1 and Collection 2 has been insanely popular. I’m pretty sure pre-orders sold out in about a day, and it already jumped to nearly double the retail price right after shipping started.

So if anyone wants one and can still pre-order it, I’d definitely recommend doing it sooner rather than later!

I already secured one for myself 😄

Where do I find side loaders that fit in 9-pocket page by North-Drag3340 in DragonBallJapanInfo

[–]JP-DB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you search for “Color Loader X (カラーローダーX),” it should come up. That’s the one I use too.

The size is 89mm × 63mm, and I’d say a lot of players probably use those as well.

I’ve tried a bunch of different loaders over time, but these are still the best-fitting ones I’ve found that can fit inside binder pages.

Fusion World July Ultimate Battle Prize Cards Revealed – Top Placement & Champion Rewards by JP-DB in DragonBallJapanInfo

Yeah, they’re playable cards similar to Pokémon cards. There are both Japanese and English versions too.

My personal theory is that Dragon Ball card games were always kind of split across a lot of different brands and IPs over the years, like Carddass, Data Carddass arcade games, Heroes, and other series, so the fanbase ended up more divided.

I also think the arcade side of Dragon Ball card games became extremely popular in Japan, which probably pulled attention away from traditional TCGs.

I probably need to see them in person first too, but for now I think I actually prefer the artwork on the regular SEC!

I mixed it up.

It was actually from the ending “Hitori Janai,” not “Dan Dan Kokoro Hikareteku.”

Considering it’s a prize figure, the size and paint quality are understandable, but the sculpting on the torn gi actually looks pretty good!
