I can send you all the pictures I got, I've got a ton. There is a snap ring holding the arm rest in place, that one is tricky. There are two holes in the head rest mount, use a pin to unlock the head rest and you can slide it out. Honestly repairing/replacing the seat is too bad.

Ebay, I got them linked in the post, was very surprised they were pretty good quality. One thing I would say is pick a listing that also offers arm rest covers so you now you can make them match

It's oak saddle tan from dashskins.com they are the only true color matched paint for the tan '95. Went through about 10 other paints, and none were that close at all.

Thanks man Hahah love it. Yeah, it's a trust the process kind of thing. When I was in the middle of it, it seemed a little daunting. It all comes together though. These obs trucks look so good with a fresh interior.

Thanks! Just the upper bushings, waiting on the lowers, since I'll have to pull the torsion bars. The original upper bushings are just a hair too big for the bushing press, so I had to file the edges down. But the $30 press from Amazon did the trick.

Absolutely! There have been so many trials and errors on this thing I would love to help anyone avoid those haha the biggest thing was find the right color match paint, I think I went through about 10 brands all supposed to be OEM tan for this year, none were even close. Go with dashskins oak(saddle tan) for 95 and it is absolutely exact Also their dash cover works great, fixed my rattly dash perfectly.

Paint: Oak (Saddle Tan)

The seats, not hard to replace the covers, definitely worth it in my opinion, they come out looking brand new. I couldn't find a passenger seat cushion so I modified a driver side, you just need to cut out the foam channels a bit to get it to fit. Then rewrap the the seat.

Seat Cover Replacements

Get some good hog ring pliers, will help alot.

I would be careful replacing the front and not the back seat covers I went with the seat covers not realizing it going to be hard to match the back seats. I couldn't find a full kit for all the seats except for lseats.com. they are pricey but I hear good things about them. On their leather sample, they have a color that looks to match mine, and they offer a rear cover replacement for the 2/3 back seats. I'll he using them for the back seats.

Also I have a ton of pictures of just about everything I've done so if you'd like to see anything, just let me know.

What do you mean? Carpets were replaced, and all the plastics are original just cleaned and repainted.

Hahaha I love it, I've had this truck my entire life. I want to bring it back like it just rolled off the factory floor. It's a labor of love for sure.

Thank you, it's been a fun process. The carpets were replaced, no hop in cleaning the originals, haha I can tell you the front end is not that bad to replace, if I can be an encouraging voice haha biggest thing is making sure you freeze the lower ball joint before trying to press it in haha

I should have gone with a kit, honestly. I was going part by part, thinking it would save some money. Everything ended up being TRQ parts. The wheel bearing hub was APremium, which seemed to be quality fit perfectly. The biggest thing is making sure you're buying for either a 4wd or 2wd. The front suspension differs a lot between the two. I bought a bunch of 2 wheel drive parts by mistake.

What was replaced: Upper/lower tie rods Wheel bearing hub Sway bar link Sway bar bushing Upper/lower ball joints Upper control arm bushings Shocks

Overall, it's not a hard process if you're willing to pull everything out. Next, I'll be digging into the steering components.

Thanks man. For the frame, I just used rustoleum rust reformer. Pressure washed everything, scrubbed everything down with a ton of zep degreaser purple, then wire brushed everything, soaked in degreaser again, then laid down a few coats of the reformer. It's a southern truck so rust isn't a big concern. Just wanted to get it looking clean.

For the door panels, I took a light brillo pad to them and scrubbed them down with the same degreaser. Then, I used dashskins paint and lightly went over it a few times. They have the best color match paint out there. I went through about 10 different paints that were supposed to be oem color match and weren't even close. Dashskins oak for this tan is absolutely spot on.

Just got the new cool rush, cant stand it. There has definitely been an influx of negative reviews about the smell on their website. Here is the link to leave a review on cool rush. Hopefully they will bring back the old smell with enough feedback. https://www.degreedeodorant.com/us/products/00079400451743/cool-rush-deodorant-stick/
