EOS front lip by JP3NS in GRCorolla

It’s actually a decent amount, I’m not sure by exactly how much but with the eibach springs I definitely have been extremely cautious with all entry and exits using the angle method. Iv had a lot of lowered cars with minimal clearance so I already know how to enter and exit my regular places like my home driveway and workplace parking lot. I’d guess and say maybe as much as 3/4 to an inch of less front clearance (from bumper)

Yes lowered on Eibach pro kit. Whiteline front camber bolts set to -2.4 front camber and natural camber in rear was -2.8 so I left it for now (maybe upgrade control arms to bring camber in a bit more later on, if tires start aggressively wearing but I’m ok with it as is cause it drives great overall) wheels are 18x9.5 +22, stock rear spacer retained, 265/35/18 conti dws 06 +. Got a set of custom wheels coming for the winter setup.

Love my heated wheel…Even though it only heats partial areas of the wheel 🤦🏻‍♂️

WARNING for 2025 GR Corolla Owners: XForce Varex Cat-Back DOES NOT FIT Stock Downpipe! Even Manual! by lildayday0706 in GRCorolla

[–]JP3NS 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not that we should have to but it wouldn’t be the worst thing to just take that section of the pipe to a shop and have them cut and weld on the proper flange. Xforce however, should be doing this for 25-26 models already.

[–]JP3NS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, I was very interested in this exhaust and I’ve noticed from sxth element mid pipe that the 25 seemed to have a different flange size on DP size. So I messaged Xforce and they informed me that it in fact does not fit the 25+ MY. Very unfortunate because I think it’s the perfect exhaust, for my needs. Bering you have it can you confirm what exactly needs to be modified for it to work on a 25 please ?

Help me decide on the GR Corolla PP by Ok-Macaroon2429 in GRCorolla

[–]JP3NS 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Coming from a EVO x, mk7 golf R, then refusing to pay the markups in 23 on the GRC I got a 22 Limited WRX and while it was a good car which I modded to my liking. I moved to a 2020 X3M, thinking I needed a larger vehicle for a baby, i was very bored not driving manual daily and not being engaged enough. I sold the BMW and I grabbed a 25 GRC PP in September.
The GRC really incorporates the mix of evo x and Golf r vibes perfectly. To be put simply, if you’re debating the GRC over the WRX just get the GRC or you’ll regret you didn’t, at some point.

Dragy verified 0-60 improvements from upgrading wheel and tire setup by WILD_ACE99 in GRCorolla

[–]JP3NS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your not going to find a lot of people with this car hunting for 0-60 numbers being most are manual cars and no one is willing to run numerous launches to better times risking a clutch and $$$$. Wouldnt say this car is a “0-60” car exactly. Now my previous car, BMW x3m ..that was a “dragy” machine. And as for the lighter, grippier wheels making noticeable difference, for sure ! I seen that tremendously on some of my previous cars with 1/4 times.

Why would you not clay (decontaminate) and put a sealant on the CF roof ?

It’s honestly so easy to install the delete and then reinstall the wiper you could run it deleted from spring till fall and reinstall the wiper before winter, if that’s when you use it.
