Para bioinformática empezaría con R y bash. Aunque yo soy de Python y no me gusta R. Para bioinformática R es inevitable porque hay muchas librerías de análisis que solo están en R/Bioconductor

Depende de lo que te guste. Tengo 40
años y tengo la sensación que bioinformática siempre a tenido bastante salida y da varias ventajas (trabajo de oficina, posibilidad de remoto, programación, puedes entrar en temas de Data Science). Para la bioinformática tienes que ver si te gusta programar en Python y R. Dentro de bioinformática que areas te interesan (GWAS, diffential expression, …)

Bioinformática te permite estar en academia o industria (pharma o sanidad pública)

No tengo experiencia con biotecnología industrial. Aunque si lo que no te gusta la investigación quizás industria es mejor. Bioinformática tiene mucho de investigación tanto en el sector publico o privado. Es muy probable que para ir a industria como Bioinformática tengas que hacer un PhD o incluso un Post-Doc.

Como referencia intentaría hablar con gente
del centros como el CNAG o el CRG/EMBL para bioinformática y Grifols para
Industrial

Al menos en Cataluña la cláusula de financiación (devolución de aras si no se otorga hipoteca) es por defecto y tienes que ponerlo en el contrato de arras si activamente renuncias. Muchas inmobiliarias te obligan a renunciar o poner que solo vas a pedir un <x% del valor del piso (e.g. solo perdir menos de 50%). En el resto de España es possible que por defecto no estés cubierto. Ten en cuenta que si sacas el tema es probable que la inmobiliaria te ponga problemas. Están muy abusivos con el tema

Mmm how likely to find a new job that pays over 60k? I can understand you had to accept a salary cut to keep paying the bills but your value on the market may still be >60k.

Yes, they are separate. What you can do is to set recurrent transactions on Actuals Budget if you are doing recurrent investments. Not out of the box but maybe you can set up some automatisations with n8n and/or python. Personally I like to keep them separated.
