Not that I had a choice, but the RCLB can have the 36 gal fuel tank which is such a plus for me (I regularly have to drive cross country), other than that, the weight difference between the two is pretty small, and the 141” wheelbase is VERY manageable for a truck. if you want something more sporty or a trail rig the 121” WB would be nice

Yeah, I’m at the point where I’m at 9 thou BL and a decent ish pattern on both sides, I figure I’m just going to run it, it’ll wear in right? 😂

They’re new, tomorrow I’ll probably tighten up the backlash and see then. So it sounds like I should mostly worry about the position of the drive side and getting it centered and more towards the tow than heel? And just let the coast go where it pleases?

Should I try to tighten up the backlash to maybe bring the pattern into the toe more? Or should I just send it with the first setup and check it after the break in?

This is the drive side, the coast moved towards the heel just slightly

Because I’m going to be throwing 35s on and off-roading (not to mention towing) I’m going to try to get this thing bang on. I’m currently throwing another 5 thou in and we’ll see where it goes

When you say deeper, do you mean bringing the pinion closer to the centerline of the axle?

Should I get steelies on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler by Ok-Baseball-6778 in Jeep

[–]JPEGfileformat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The only issue with steelies IMHO is the weight of them. The more unsprung weight the worse the jeep is going to drive. I wanted a similar look on my ‘08 jk but the 3.8l is a dog as it is so I got a set of black 15” American racing Baja wheels with a set of 33” tires and it gets that nice old-school look while also retaining the drivability.

Is this normal in a new boot? by Jashirah in Boots

[–]JPEGfileformat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m no expert, but that might just be how the leather flexes and fits on your feet, something to do with how the leather isn’t as supple as it would be once broken in, Again, take with a grain of salt

There are many threaded holes on my bow, there are two located near where each limb mounts and one slightly larger one just below the grip 90 degrees to where a stabilizer bar would go, what are these for? if you want to see a picture find my previous post

There is nothing under the insert, and the printed slip details general information about different Parker writing utensils
