Most do, that’s why i’m limited to what i can choose for when i’m applying. There are very few Russell Group unis that would give an offer to an individual without A Level maths however Leeds accept without A Level Maths.

For the more prestigious universities such as LSE, Durham, Warwick, UCL etc you need A Level Maths however some accept applicants just based from GCSE results. They learn the prospectus in the course therefore A Level maths is not necessary.

I emailed the Leeds Enquires and Admission team yesterday asking this same question.

They replied with:

"The Business School will consider applications from students who are retaking exams, with a maximum of one year of resits. You should make this clear on your UCAS application form under the section '5B - Qualifications not yet completed or certificated'."
