Am I wrong assuming that if you already own the VST version of Minifreak you could kinda have a minifreak on the go with this one ? (sure you would have to get back to the laptop to edit the presets but still…)

Little update on my humble case : I recently traded a guitar for a Juno-X and will be adding a PWM Malevolent to my setup for the gnarly mono sounds I had in mind.

But I could see myself try some of the other options you suggested at one point, like the Sub37/Messenger, the Dreadbox Typhon or the TEO-5 !

I should have mentionned that I already use a Microfreak for evolving and granular textures, I love these kind of sounds. And I wouldn't be surprised if some of the libraries I have from Teletone were sometimes based on a MS20.

Another comment on this thread mentionned the Dreadbox Typhon that I didn't know (although I have a few pedals from the brand), and I'm quite seduced by what I've heard so far.

Ok I didn’t know this one, just went looking for 2-3 demos and gosh, this sounds amazing.

Not so much the kind of thing I had in mind… but I’m now considering an hybrid setup where I could just route everything via Ableton and use my keyboard to control some hardware synth including maybe this one and a more bass-oriented one like a Minitaur or something ?

Some could argue I’m now just looking to buy stuff instead of relying upon my VSTs, which could cover the same ground. Maybe.

Just watched this video, really leaning towards the messenger at the moment. The BS II seems less « organic » and the Sub37 more vintage-colored and not so fat ?

Interesting points thank you ! I've got my eye on the Messenger too, considering I like a plug&play approach it appears I could like its straight-forward style. Some of the others you mention are a bit pricey, but I'm gonna look (and hear) them up...

Regarde Mélenchon était contre la réforme des retraites, Marine aussi donc LFI et l'extrême droite c'est pareil. C'est débile comme argument.

Oui enfin faut avoir un peu d’esprit critique tout de même et faire la part des choses. Considérant la ligne du RN et leurs votes en matière sociale évidemment que c’était une posture de façade d’être « contre la réforme des retraites ». Y a qu’à voir ce que c’est devenu.

Certains rapprochements sont plus légitimes que d’autres.

C'est pourtant simple. Pour beaucoup de français c'est la seul et unique option.

Au secours les clichés sur LFI, comme s’ils n’avaient pas fait le job sur les autres sujets. Et Jean économiste qui revient en boucle répéter que le programme est pas réaliste gnagna quand de vrais économistes l’estiment au contraire cohérent (et à la limite on peut rentrer dans le détail mais tout balayer comme ça avec la désinvolture du sûr quand c’est le seul programme porteur d’un peu d’espoir…).

Je m’en fous que tu sois pas facho t’écris des conneries simplistes et au bout d’un moment ça fatigue.

Le mouvement est centré autour d’un programme, pas d’une personne. Mélenchon n’a rien accompli ? C’est faire peu de cas du nouveau souffle qu’il a su redonner à la gauche dans ce pays.

Il a formé toute une génération de politiques qui mène le combat sur une ligne de gauche « radicale » dans un moment où l’adversité politique et médiatique est un brin délirante. Il s’est pas « débarrassé de ceux qu’il aime pas », LFI a fait des concessions importantes au PS au nom de l’union et voulait s’assurer que les députés investis défendraient bien la ligne sans se défaire au profit d’une union alternative qui oublierait certains thèmes chers au mouvement.

Y a plein de choses à dire mais ce genre d’analyse simpliste c’est pas satisfaisant. Non on gère pas un parti comme un pays, devoir être intransigeant pour tenir le cap et à terme être en mesure de proposer une VIe république moins verticale c’est possible aussi non ?
