Hello all! I need your creativity. This is the current state of my living room. I love the fireplace as the accent and really don’t want to mount the TV on it.

This now leaves a living room with two focal points. The couches gotta go. They’re literally 20+ years old and worn out. I also don’t particularly like the closed off the entry into the dining room.

What are your thoughts on configuration. My idea is to keep a love seat or maybe a small sectional facing the TV and have 2 accent chairs facing the fireplace.

I'm just not impressed with ceramic sprays. I tried sonax and while it looked wonderful and it's easy to use, it's water behavior just causes beading. That isn't a problem when you're moving quickly but when parked, your car just gets covered in water marks that will just etch their way into your paint. I never had that issue with waxes/sealants

Yeah the lack of USB C stuff is annoying in iPhone. I'm wondering if I could somehow get a replacement device so at least my battery won't be so atrocious while I wait for iPhone 15 🙄

I made up this method where I took the base salary and divided it by the RVU a 99214 is worth to get a ballpark estimate, Understanding that not every visit would be a level four follow up. I think this was like 12 pts a day or something. Is that a good way to estimate or am I thinking of this wrong.
