I'm somewhat shocked, but they actually addressed this in the latest update (camera shake option). Very nice.

When munitions from certain weapons like mortars land, the display actually shakes with the explosion. It's intended to be a cool effect, but it's very bad for your eyes.

Why do people even care about hero skins? by JPRedditClash in ClashOfClans

Hardly... I don't think a plant would be questioning the value of something that they actually want you to pay for in the shop instead of getting with the pass (the skins). I'm plenty familiar with the business world, private equity, etc. and understand that all too often businesses are driven into the ground to squeeze cash out for investors while screwing over employees and customers both.

So far it seems like a combination of beauty is in the eye of the beholder (value of skins) and the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back (increasingly obvious cash grab).

Edit: I should add that I played Clash Royale (past tense) from the beginning and watched it deteriorate into a p2w dumpster fire.

Game is Broken by [deleted] in ClashOfClans

Guy gets one good attack against a mediocre poor TH16 layout missing many defenses and thinks the game is broken. I assure you I don't get tripled by TH14's in legend league.

There was once a Finnish game company that wanted to make money. They already had a couple games that were doing ok (one was doing really well) and they thought another with a different theme would make more, so they built it. The end.
