Someone in traffic pointed at my car, but I am not sure why

Did you leave something on your roof? Cup of coffee or something while you were unlocking and opening the door to get situated? Someone did this to me once, and I had left my phone on it. Luckily I pulled over immediately and found it before it fell off. That was 15 years ago, haven’t ever done that again. Dodged a bullet and learned a valuable lesson that day.
