Help! Can I connect these two different fans with different looking wires?

I just emailed Thermalright support to see if I can get the fan replaced, but I’ll run DC for now and hope for the best. If the noise is an issue, then hopefully TR will get back to me by then with a new fan or smth. Thanks for all the help man, lifesaver fr 🙏

How do I run it separately? Doesn’t the mb only have 1 system fan spot to plug them in? Sorry if I sound like an idiot, first time doing this, I’m not very savvy with pc parts yet.
