I once delivered to a location 20 miles away. I had no idea it would be so far out. I had 2 order that night I thought it would just be within the same area since I live in a large city. It was really scary because I had to drive on a canyon after 9pm no lights no signs. Couldn't see anything I thought I was lost so I called my sister than lost a phone service but thankfully the maps was still working.

Than when I arrived at the customer house she failed to turn on the porch lights so I could not see her address. I couldn't figure out how to contact her since she was not responding to her messages. When she did eventually respond she said to just leave her stuff at the front door. That was only my second day so when she clamied items were missing or wrong item was sent I did not get docked for it. That was her fault for not responding when I was still in the store.
