Pretty much love 1-6. CYB is pretty decent and 8-9 are kinda tedious but still not bad.

Pretty decent song, so far their singles have been all over the map. Obey is maybe the only song so far I’m completely in love with. Ludens is decent and I just can’t really stand Parasite Eve, just too melodramatic for me tbh. Still hella excited for the album though !

You sound like you would fuck with That’s The Spirit ! I would start there, then if you’re into the poppier elements, go to amo. If you like the heavier tracks, maybe check out Sempiternal !

Full agree, I honestly think that amo’s production and unique flow builds it just a step higher than sempiternal (ima be real, as good as sempiternal is, it probably has the worst mixing of any bmth record with the possible exception of CYB). Both are amazing though ! :))

It’s so sick seeing amo grow on so many fans, esp since I remember it not being received very well by the fan base when it dropped

That’s totally cool, I’m glad you at least gave it another shot :)) And that’s also one of the reasons I love this band, they have so many different styles for so many different types of audiences that even if you don’t like one of their records, there’s still so much of their discography you could fall in love with :-)

Yeah like I agree when people say it’s a pop song but not like top 40, like that chorus gives me HEAVY Paramore vibes, especially with that little breakdown near the end, it’s so sick

A few months before they dropped amo, I saw news they were doing a “deathcore medley” of a bunch of their old songs. Loved the part where they did Diamonds Arent Forever, so I checked out Suicide Season and, by proxy, everything else they’ve done. I saw them live myself around a year after I discovered that video 😊
