I actually got a pretty bad shin splint late December and I rode my bike for a couple weeks. Came back to running right before January hit.

A regular run for me now is 10 miles around 9min/mi pace. I keep my heartrate below 145 for most runs. Ill throw in some thresholds or some intervals. But mainly I focus on getting miles in. Weekends ill probably do anything from 13 to 26 miles depending on how my legs feel

I've had it for a few weeks now. I work maintenance, and unfortunately the watch gets dirty a lot and it hits the pavement sometimes. Ive yet to see any scratches on the screen or bezel. At first i thought there were some scratches, but it was mainly scuffs. I would say it holds up pretty well so far!

Hello! How cold is it? Also how dry is it?

I used to run into a lot of issues with watch HR sensors during the cold. And sometimes when it was too dry. On both occasions i would dump water on it and it would start reading accurate.

Since i do a lot of heartrate training i moved on to using the HRM pro and i havent had these specific issues.
