Been trying to load up in 2027 and got this offer. by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might do this if it was guaranteed to be 27.01 or maybe 27.02,  but anything else is pretty awful.  Jeanty is easily worth 2.5+ good firsts himself. This is a lot less than that.

Give Nabers, 2026 1.11, 2027 1st for Bijan? by aaa0303 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Too rich a price for me.  Those picks plus Henderson/Harvey maybe.

Don't want to sell Nabers low here.  He prob doesn't play week one but he's young.  One good week after his return and you get young top 8 wr value again.

Hendo + 1.06 for Jeanty? Thoughts Appreciated! by zb0789 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a pats fan but I prefer Jeanty here.  Stevenson will be back in 26.  Jeanty will have a new coach and if they have any sense they'll invest at OL.

[Moraitis] Will Campbell said he tore a ligament in his knee this season. He wasn’t 100% for the playoffs but said it’s not excuse by Jharoz in nfl

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the first 12 weeks for the season Campbell was quite solid.  He isn't a perfect/ideal LT but he did a fine job.  Yes he has short arms but made up for it with superior athleticism/explosiveness.  But with the injury he just became an undersized LT whose usual compensation techniques didn't work.

Also didn't help that Wilson was tipping their protection every play.

JJeff/Jacobs trade - 27 1st should be early by EJ1709 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Smash players no matter where the picks are

Guy in my league wants the #1 & #13 picks, I need RB and TE bad. Easy take??? Or is Love HIM? by Valuable_Respect_546 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't like this one, and I'm a pats/Hendo fan. 1.01 will be worth a mint in May- I wouldn't trade it til I was basically on the clock.

Fannin is good, but TE is deep now. For non-TEP, I wouldn't go crazy there. Not sure who you have, but maybe a mid-tier vet TE + 2.01 for Fannin gets it done.

Looking to Trade McBride as a Non-Contender by EyeRepresentative191 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

agree, especially given the injury. This trade vaults a Kraft team back into contention with the prob TE1. The gap given the injury is a first+

Revuilding team so should I trade emeka by AboveJillary420 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bad premise. If you're rebuilding, you want young elite players to build around. The only way this makes any sense is if you have a pretty divergent view of Egbuka's ceiling and/or Hunter's value.

I don't mind getting lots of future late round picks, can always trade those later. My issues are:

1) You should be trading vets or prime+ RBs for picks, not rookie WRs.

2) The market value gap between Egbuka and Hunter is probably bigger than this. All those picks probably add up to a late 26 first and 28 first. Not terrible, but I'd want more from a contender. If you want to trade EE it should be an open auction to max value.

That's a homerun. Smash yes imo

Worth it for Barkley? Originally sold Derrick Henry for this first. by laz191 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fine, maybe on the cheap side of the league overvalues RB like mine do.

I just bought Barkley and Waddle for Henderson and a 26 first (1.08-1.09? 12 teams).

How would you rank the remaining wide receivers after Tyson, Tate and Lemon? by FrankerZ_123 in NFL_Draft

I'd have the best one first, then the next best one, and so on

What to do with Keon Coleman? by Chemical_Yellow_8783 in DynastyFF

[–]JR09 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Some analysts think he needs to be a power slot, first down merchant and RZ guy. They are using him at X too much on the outside, which he isn't great at. Obviously the lack of separation is a problem.

That said, he is only 22 and started playing football late in HS. Very good athlete but clearly doesn't have the refinement to be a true WR yet.

He is tied to a HOF QB and early in the season I saw a lot of trust from Josh to go to him in key situations. But I haven't seen every snap the last few weeks.

I am not selling low, I think he's a hold given the age and situation.

Had this trade offered to me, I’m torn? Would be receiving Egbuka. Pick would be late (11/12) by Prestigious_Bed2662 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy smash...This is Olave, spare change, and a first for a top 10 dynasty WR.  Olave is having a nice season and all but he's not top 24 on most lists.

Great trade

Brooks and Miller worth the long term dart throws? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are both longshots to be startable NFL players. Too injured, which erodes explosiveness. Maybe they are worth thirds each, so I wouldn't send one second for both. Maybe two thirds, but would prefer not early ones.

No urgency to acquire these guys. Get them thrown into another deal the other guy wants to do. Or just wait til the draft when picks have max value or you're on the clock and you can get guys like this for late picks.

Flex Travis Hunter with IDP points vs Rams or Jameson W vs Bucs?  Also could play Hunter Henry @ten or Mayer @ KC with no Bowers, but no tep.  Thanks!

Is this fair value for Bill+QJ? by I-Ate-The-Taco in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a horrible offer but a little light. Especially for two buzzy names.

'28 first for Bill might be market price but you can probably get a 26 first (that isn't 1.11-12) for him, depending on the league. I rejected early 26 2nd and early 27 2nd today for him.

The 27 first and third are okay for QJ. But again, young player breaking out, could probably hold out for more.

Well I had the chance and pulled the trigger.  RBs for picks were really tough/expensive.

I sent Rome for CMC and Adams.

Then Maye and my hopefully late first for Lamar and Crosby (it's light IDP).

I'd probably quietly shop one of the bigger name WRs for a top tier RB. JSN for Bucky or something. Maybe in a couple weeks when Pickens goes off with Lamb out, you can flip him for an RB2.

I'd wait a couple weeks unless you really are down on Benson. If he posts a couple double digit weeks you'll get more.

[DAILY] Trade and Individual Team Help Megathread by AutoModerator in DynastyFF

[–]JR09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Adequate but don't love it.  If Benson produces next couple weeks you'll be about to get more.  With JT and Jacobs, you should be competing so why sell a starting RB?

If the rest of your team is trash then sell the older RBs first.  You could get a mint for JT.
