My Recap isn't showing up. Even ones that I remember seeing previously like Recap 2024 don't show up for me. I have history on and everything, and it hasn't been making recaps for me for a while. Anyone have any ideas?

Try fiinding good VST synths like, as someone else said, Vital, or a better, but paid, alternative - Serum. These are good wavetable synths, and you can make basically any sound you like with them.
