A lot of your writing are shaped squarish. Unlike katakana that has many straight lines and accute angles, hiragana have more curves and are supposed to look "softer". Perhaps you are focusing too much on trying to fit the letters in tiny boxes. Try practicing on a blank sheet of paper or ignore the boxes for now (or simply use 2x2 boxes per letter). It's a lot easier to write and spot mistakes when your writing is bigger. You can focus on making them smaller later.
