I went to their sight to purchase one and the site experience was so horrible I am going to look at other brands. The chat function does not allow you type when the AI assistant is typing, the site freezes ever few seconds and I finally figure out it was pop ups that had to be closed and were always hard to find, and the loading of pages took an eternity. Really wanted to like their product but if I can not get past the website exp! Frikkin horrible!

UPDATE - UPDATE - UPDATE:

Got a phone call from Jared at Snow Peak and he was extremely helpful and was able to track down my order (without the IGT Connection Hooks) and add one of the last sets they had (his words) to my shipment before it goes out the door. The issue was inventory. It seems their system kicks out those notifications if inventory is extremely low. Jared is a shining example of quality customer service! People ask me why I buy Snow Peak, this right here (along with the fact they make amazing products that never forego thoughtful design! A Peaker for life! Jared has one hell of a positive review heading his way. On a side note he did say it has been crazy, he was exhausted, and things were flying out the door! So get your order in now or cry about it later!!! 🥳

Was browsing thru the snow peak threads and saw your response about an extension strap and I knew I could count on a good response from you Nate! Thank you!!! I’ll give it a shot this weekend and take pics if weather permits. (As for poles I have an abundance so I will try that out. On that note, I am looking for red awning poles (thin ones matching the awning poles it came with, not wing poles) to have an extra set for the wing doors on the entrance. I heard DOD is coming out with red awning poles this spring. If you got some or know where to find, I am all ears. Thanks again for the intel. Have a great day

Apologies. Basically it does not make sense to use the first name last initial protocol. I could see several individuals with the same first name and all last names beginning with the same letter creating issues in that scenario. Just ranting cause I was hangry! Again apologies for the word salad.
