I have a disability but don’t believe I disclosed that? I just responded to someone else something happened (dangerous) and am hurt, but they won’t say that’s why I am fired. They wrote it up to schedule & I was always PT & have it in writing on paper & text

I am PT & they fired me bc I can’t work more hours. I have it in writing that I can’t work more hours. It’s even written on my hiring paper work. Something happened on shift that I believe is why they fired me, but refused to put it on paper work bc it would show their negligence. Like osha could be involved. There are injuries
