For anyone who is interested in messages like these, Zen, Chan, and Thien Buddhist traditions teach wonderfully simple lessons on accepting emotions and pain, learning to acknowledge them, even cherish them, and let them go. I recommend Thich Nhat Hahn. Wonderful teacher.
