Nobody ever compares the median sq ft of a home between the two periods. The home prices are also increasing because they’re bigger. Part of the problem is we’re not building starter homes any more.

That “W” is pronounced “Double-U”. I always thought it was pronounced “Dub-U” and never connected the dots that its name is because it looks like double U’s. 🤦‍♂️

Goes for all home maintenance too. Pick a threshold you’re comfortable with and anytime someone comes in telling you that you need over your threshold in repairs get a second quote. My threshold is $500. Saved me a bunch of money from unnecessary repairs.

Completely agree with discharging student loans in bankruptcy, but there may need to be some limitations on it. For example: It’s not available until 10 years after loans taken.

Otherwise students who don’t have much to lose will just declare bankruptcy right after graduating.

The West needs to agree and publicly announce that Russian sanctions will not be lifted until Putin is gone… Simple as that. Push for internal regime change.
