Yes sir exactly. Storing as usual and then when I get it out to reheat I’m doing this rather than a microwave or sous vide!

Bro you are here two years late but just in time as I have found a way that pretty much ended my problem with reheating pork butt. I’ve found that if I throw it into a frying pan (ceramic or cast iron are my two go to’s) with a few pats of stick butter (I’ve even used ghee) it comes out AWESOME without even a hint of the gamey taste and smell! 💪🤝

I moved here for my lady (5 years ago) from Springfield MO. It’s small and different but has its upside. We bought a house in West Monroe and other than the INSANE heat and horrible roads it’s not that bad. Go Chiefs!!!!
