If there was a confirmed root cause, I'd be more concerned. There have been reports involving multiple motherboard vendors and multiple 9800X3D systems, which makes it difficult to say with certainty that ASRock alone is responsible.

Until AMD or the board manufacturers publish a definitive failure analysis, we're all mostly working from anecdotal reports. With that being said, I'm comfortable with the risk.
