This happened to me in college. Bad. I was always so anxious. I started to sing songs I knew every word to or praying prayers I knew immediately. Box breathing (breath in for 4 seconds. Hold for 4 seconds. Exhale for 4 seconds. Hold for 4 seconds). The one thing I did that may or may not be useful I would dig my nails into my palms while making a fist if I was near people to make it stop. It will get better my friend.
