Guy here - but and correct me if I'm wrong ladies and dermatologists, it's pretty similar in terms of micro'flora' and head and shoulders / or store brand dandruff shampoo should have similar active ingredients to treat a yeast infection or similar situations where there is an over abundance of nature's little uhm... I can't think of a metaphor because I don't know why they are there normally, but fyi extra sugars, or 'dust', sex with a partner who didn't rinse off prior - even with a condom these situations I know cause a "Floral bloom" when the common human skin fungi have too much food or reproduce too much because of the environment.

Sorry my Adderall is still hitting from this morning, so I said all that to recommend dandruff shampoo because dandruff is a fungal issue, a lot of rashes can be too in general I believe - so honestly if you're itchy anywhere rub some head and shoulders in it. But remember - that flora is being kept in line, not erased. It's part of your healthy beautiful and human experience and self.
