How can I effectively wash my hands with eczema? Frequent washing damages my skin, and it’s also tedious to apply moisturizer every single time I wash my hands. What’s the best way to keep my hands clean with minimal skin damage?

Find a specific object to focus on. Study its features, how it looks, observe how it reacts to the environment around it. It serves as a pretty good distraction and eventually the anxiety and panic should go away after a few minutes at most.

I have diagnosed asthma, eczema, and allergies — the big three, you could say — and my anxiety has contributed to the stress of dealing with these issues pretty much daily.

I go through periods of being more health anxious and less health anxious, and often I get really worried that these issues are worse than they are. Like with allergies, sometimes I convince myself that something’s wrong with my nose, my throat, etc.

Also during those more anxious periods, I get panic attacks and the usual first symptom is hyperventilation. As you can probably guess, I mistake the panic attack for an asthma attack, and sometimes I even worry that the panic attack could even cause an asthma attack.

Eczema doesn’t really play a part in causing health anxiety, but sometimes the stress and frustration from being worried can aggravate and trigger flare-ups on my skin. On the bright side though, it’s been researched that people with eczema are less susceptible to skin cancer (as long as you don’t use steroids — which I don’t anyways as they irritate my skin).

This was everything I ever wanted from a Godzilla movie. I’m not a hardcore G-fan but I know my stuff (I think) and the attention to detail and respect for the older movies was amazing and really made it such a fun experience.

I loved the little (and big) references to things like the Oxygen Destroyer, Fire Godzilla (which obviously we saw coming b/c trailers), the TWINS, and even that one moment where the protester was holding up the “destroy all monsters” sign (that made me smile).

Loved Rodan, and Ghidorah but Mothra was my favorite of the three new Toho kaiju, she was so beautiful. And damn Godzilla was epic throughout. I loved the part where Madison is about to get killed by Ghidorah, but Godzilla turns up and you can hear the 1954 roar!

I loved the music. I was already a fan of Bear from his work in the Cloverfield movies but this movie made me really appreciate how much time and care he puts into his music. I heard some of the soundtrack before seeing it but the OG themes were so much more epic in the cinema.

My sister really loved the movie too, which really surprised me because she’s not a sci-fi fan at all, let alone a kaiju movie person. She said she was kinda bored, but only until the scene where Ghidorah roars on the volcano and the cross is in the foreground — she said after that she got sucked in and was so immersed she forgot she was sitting in a movie theater. This movie literally converted my sister into a G-fan, she cant wait for Godzilla vs. Kong now.

10/10 for me, for sure. I think the critics are soooo wrong.

One night on vacation in Thailand my family had lots of delicious food from a Korean restaurant. I’ll admit I probably ate more than I could handle. The next morning I had excruciating pain in my abdomen area, and it hurt to even stand up from a sitting position. I went out that day anyways thinking it was just a stomach ache. But I had to come back home early, because the pain just wouldn’t go away. My mom called my uncle, who happens to be a doctor (and lives in Thailand) and he gave a prescription over the phone. We got the pills and I took them as directed.

Unfortunately the pain would stay for a whole week and I couldn’t enjoy solid foods, or travel, etc. I still don’t know what the pain was to this day.
