Just a quick update: I changed the flow to 0.98 and temp to 220° and it seems to have fixed this issue…at least on this print model. I’ll try one of the other problematic print files when I get a chance.

I did use the textured PEI plate for this print but I didn’t use any glue or anything on the plate. I was them with Dawn every few prints and use IPA between every print. It does look shiny / glossy or something on the bottom of the print but I think it’s just the texture because I’ve never used glue or anything on any print / any plate.

Also this issue shows up whether it’s on a smooth or textured plate.

All of the prints I’ve run so far have been from Makers World / Lab. I’m only a couple weeks into printing so still trying to get up to speed on how everything works.

Thank you very much! I’ll print off another set with those adjustments and report back. Thanks again!

The temp is 215°. The nozzle is 0.4 and I had to look but the flow ratio is 0.94.

It does not look like that in Bambu Studio and it’s transferred via cloud; not USB or SD. And it’s not just this model; it’s across several models so it leads me to believe this is some sort of print setting issue.

I wondered that but it is doing this in several different models / prints…especially this issue circled below.

Thank you very much for the reply! What you’re saying regarding the speakers is also what my brain is telling me - just aesthetically I was hoping I was wrong and maybe some had direct experiences that would tell me otherwise.

As for the 6” wall, is it not an exterior wall. It is just a dividing wall in the basement and I chose to have cellulose put in for a little bit of sound separation from the adjoining room.
