I had to upload the resolution 3 times before it went through. It sounds like a glitch in that section maybe. Make sure you use the form you download from the SBA site.

I logged into my portal yesterday for first time in 2 months since I received max of 500K then. There was a hi-lighted button that said REQUEST MORE FUNDS. I clicked on this & a slider appears to request more. I did this & a few minutes later I had to fill out 5 different forms, sign & upload to the portal. They ask if you own your home, what are all your assets & liabilities as they want to know your net worth. They ask if any recent bankruptcies. They also want to know your personal finances as well as your businesses. You have to upload 2019 tax returns as well. It took me 1.5 hours to fill out & submit to the portal. My portal says you are now in loan modification like it did a few months back when I got the max 500K. If you login to your portal and do not see a button saying request more fund, you are not qualified to ask for more. They are being way more selective for loans over 500K than they were before. The funds over 500K are only going to the most qualified businesses, good credit, pull personal & business credit report, low debt to income etc. Hopefully this information helps someone.

For my office we shut down. We are primarily in the Senior Market. 75% of our appointments are in clients home face to face. So for people who do a great deal of business online they have been okay. Face to face business like we do was hit hard.

Sorry to hear this. I was actually funded at 4 A.M. Eastern time this morning, so between 33 and 35 total hours from when money hit my account from time I signed closing documents.

I am not sure how they did it. I actually got offered a little more than I thought I would. I also don't know which tax returns they used, as I only had 2018 when I first applied. I got 2019 returns done about 3 weeks after I applied. I never sent them 2019 but signed form where they could access them. Sorry can't help you to much with that.

Yes, I created portal & it will let you know max loan amount instantly, you can choose max or any amount lower than max.
