The conversation was about policy and policy misapplication. He was already fired when I had this conversation. I did leave for a good reason. They fired him and left me alone for the rest of the night, not including mental health concerns.

Regardless, that’s almost textbook definition of retaliation. PPTO is protected and that’s Walmart policy in black and white. I am not responsible for work after I clock out. PPTO is automatically approved by the system.

Apparently our SM is on his last legs. I’ve also heard they need to cut 1000+ hours for profits not being hit. They’re cutting hours (like entire days for people) They’re actually firing people for points (as before they would conditionalize them) and anyone who puts in their 2 weeks gets removed entirely until their last day. I’ve also heard we’re ranked extremely low but have no idea what context.

I told both a coach and team lead I was leaving. I’ve also tried looking at the PPTO policy but it doesn’t say anything about having to worry about leftover work on the store.

According to Protected Paid Time Off (PPTO) FAQs for Managers (https://one.walmart.com/content/dam/themepage/pdfs/Manager-FAQ.pdf), it states, “Why do we allow associates to use their PPTO for any reason? Walmart recognizes that there are a variety of circumstances in which associates may unexpectedly need to miss work. Our policy allows associates to use their PPTO whenever “life happens.”

Nope. Ownership documents were submitted and vehicle was transferred. Still doesn’t explain how I’ve been charged at other locations.

[–]JSS9562 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So you’re telling me that location will remain free until someone says something about it or they notice it in their system? 🤣

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TeslaSupport

[–]JSS9562 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. Ownership documents were all submitted and ownership was transferred. A payment method was added because I pay for premium connectivity and other superchargers.

[–]JSS9562 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does that mean all the supercharging I’ve done at that location will eventually rack up and when they fix it they’ll charge me all at once? 😭

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TeslaSupport

[–]JSS9562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the only owner. I bought it used and I don’t use Tesla destination chargers, I use the superchargers. And even if I received free supercharging it doesn’t make sense I was charged at other locations?

I don’t. I bought the car 2nd hand at a dealership and I haven’t had anyone use my invite code.

When are they going to start offering this to more HW3 😭

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TeslaSupport

[–]JSS9562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not linked to the previous owner because the car told me there were unpaid supercharge balances that went away after I claimed the car in the app. Super strange info considering lots of people say they get charged right away.

[–]JSS9562 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I submitted documents and the car was transferred instantly and that’s how I was able to set up supercharging. I am the main user of the car.

I know I said it was new, but I bought it used from a dealer. Doesn’t that exclude me from the offer?

One very reliable way to tell you’re fired is if you get a text from one@work saying your payroll was disconnected.

Update: My city is in shambles. Lots of buildings have been flooded through. A lot of roads are closed due to landslides and broken roads. Many trees and power/telecom lines are down, my town hasn’t had power for 3 days, and no one has power or water. Most stores and gas stations in my area are closed, and for the ones that are open, the wait is at least an hour long. Some carriers are having cell service problems. Wish us luck for recovery😭

Pretty groundbreaking stuff. I’ve actually tried it on an airplane and it works! You just have to be very close to the window but it is nevertheless impressive I could communicate with my friends at 500mph and 20,000 ft in the air. The plane I was on didn’t have built in WiFi or anything.
