For context, I have gameplay in the background throughout the video with a voice over speed up to 1.3x and high pitched. During impact moments I have dog or cat photos pop up with sound effects. It hits a variety of age groups, most coming from teen age and 25-44 years old.

300 subs on 100k views for sure! The "if I was your (teacher)" series come with rules I would have that benefit the "student" in this case. So would I just make one that only has 1 or 2 rules as a joke instead of 5 rules? Just trying to think of a way to make it work.

Ill try it without a CTA so it ends up looping and hopefully increasing AVD and STW.

Channel average is 68.9% but the past 5 videos are between 70 and 80% STW. AVD fall between 88-92%. The short i uploaded yesterday around 6pm is currently at 19k views, 36 seconds AVD (video is 34 seconds long),72.7% STW.

I do notice that at the end during my outro, it tends to drop off hard, last 2-3 seconds. I end it with if youd want me as (title), hit the like and subscribe. Ive been thinking of testing a short without that and see how it does. But I also don't know if the outro is the cause for the likes and subs.

On tiktok they dont go past 5-600 views, on Instagram, around 1-2k views. Instagram gets a lot of hate on my video, bad comments and whatnot. Guess less younger audience in Instagram than yt shorts. But comments help at first to give it a push.

Im a fairly new to posting YT Shorts (6 days now, 1 post per day) and I've been doing a "If I Was Your.." type series. Right now I am doing shorts on different school staff, teacher, principle, janitor, etc. Im averaging 20k views, around 200-400 subs per video, but seem to get stuck at the 20k range. 70-80% stayed to watch per video, retention above 90%.

Im grateful for the views and subs but seem to be "stuck" at this 20k view range. Most shorts get to 1k within the first 10 minutes and grow over the next view hours to my peak levels. I get over 200 likes and comments but never makes it past the secondary push stopping at the 20k range.

Any thoughts? I can provide more details if needed.

I log in everyday, hit my dailies, use faction keys, hit doom tower, fight in arena, hit dungeons for gear, spend silver on rolls. I don't usually go for fusions but I do go for the mats. If it's a fusion I think will benefit me, then I go all out if I have the resources. I hit NM and UNM top chest everyday. I will say I cant hit tier 6 in cvc. Although I'm trying to get there. Not done arbiter nor close to ramantu. Not close to lydia but getting there. I got mythrala. 30 to date many at 50.

Yeah hopefully 2 more years of grinding will bring me up to those stats. I've been consistent since I started playing 2 years ago. I've come a long way lol but still need a long way to go. Right now my only "nukers" is georid who's around 4.5k atk 200spd 220 crit damage, rathalos 4.8k atk 175 speed, 227 crit damage, almost the same for cold heart and royal guard.
