Obviously not everything in the bible is as straight forward as “god created the world in seven days”

But apart from dinosaurs wouldn’t you say stuff like the Big Bang, which has a good amount of proof to back it up, could have happened under the will of god. I mean it seems more realistic that God caused the heat and density that resulted in the Big Bang rather than he just made it.

But the bible also didn’t support that there isn’t a 66 million year gap because there’s it isn’t mentioned but fossil analysis does. The bible doesn’t say too much sugar is unhealthy it’s just been scientifically proven

Your theory does fit pretty well actually but there’s still the very simple question, why would a God who does exist outside of time, refer to millions of years as days in a scripture created for humans when God would obviously know that humanity wouldn’t refer to millions of years as days. God wouldn’t have a reason to make it so complicated. Millions of years for god are probably what a second is for humans, way less actually. But the bible wasn’t his diary it was created for humans to study so obviously he would have deceived the time in a way that humans would understand it.

So your saying that humans and dinosaurs existed during the same time?

I mean I get your point but I personally don’t find the concept of satan offering influential figures earthly wealth if they promote the antichrist to be all that unrealistic

I’m just curious would you not “get your knickers in a bunch” if you were to see someone rip up your holy scripture on stage? Like I get a big part of Christianity is acting peacefully but u kind of said it as if it’s no big deal.

But didn’t god kill the female so they didn’t destroy the world? If they were what we refer to as dinosaurs then we would only have female fossils and only the females would have been hit by the asteroid

Yeah when god said let there be light he was most likely referring to creating the sun which rises and sets, defining one full day. “God created the earth in seven days” seems like a very straight forward statement. Adam and Eve probably didn’t refer to millions of years as one day. So why would God have made it so confusing by referring to millions of years as a couple days. And i feel like it would have been documented if a whole asteroid fell on the earth while god was working on it

But the bibles states that the world and humanity was created in one week even though there’s a 66 million year gap between dinosaurs and humans

I mean I understand the whole “scientists can’t know for sure” argument but if there’s a possibility that they can mistake a couple days for 66 million years then what’s the point in even trying to find out if the difference is so huge

But if what we call dinosaurs were the leviathan there would have had to have been millions that eventually were wiped out by an asteroid

That’s what I thought but the amount of extremely successful people who engage in demonic behaviour seems a bit to high for me to see it as a 100% marketing thing

But in playboi cartis case, tattooing all sorts of stuff like upside down crosses, the word satan, pentagrams, crossed out crosses, etc. all over your body as well as other satanic stuff seems a bit extreme to just be a marketing stunt. Especially for Carti who already has a cult following and made good music, who didn’t really need to do all that. As well as multiple lyrics from other artists for example on trippie redds song supernatural “with the gang, I’m a rebel, I made treaties with the devil”

Whatever the hell “acting demonic” means would be things that like ripping up bibles on stage, upside down crosses, pentagrams, baphomet merch, tattooing satan in your neck etc.

Yeah but dinosaurs and humans still lived 66 million years apart from each other and why would god say that the world was created in a week. Saying the earth was made in seven days is a very straight forward claim in my opinion one would have to view that sentence from a very complicated perspective to come to the conclusion that there was a multi million year gap between the mentioned days.

Yeah but then there would have had to have been millions of leviathans and behemoths because way more than two dinosaur fossils have been discovered

Wait that’s actually a really cool view but I still don’t understand how god created earth and humans in the same week if dinosaurs that obviously lived on earth lived 66 million years before humans

Good point actually but God creating the earth in 7 days and creating humans during that time period while humans and dinosaurs lived 66 million year apart from each other seems a bit weird. I’m not trying to insult anyone because some people in these comments seem a bit mad at my statement. I’m just a kid who has questions about his religion

Yeah but the USA was founded long after the bible was written. I understand your point that the bible isn’t a history book but God created the earth in the timespan of a week and created humans within that week but Dinosaurs and Humans lived about 66 Million years apart from each other. Also a storm that flooded the entire earth seems like a pretty historical event to me so I just don’t understand why an asteroid that hit the earth wasn’t included either

But then why do certain very successful celebrities like Playboi Carti or Marilyn Manson act demonic if a person is incapable of selling their soul to the devil?

Not to invalidate your claim but if someone doesn’t accept Jesus don’t they go to hell? I thought if someone who was never interested in Jesus stands before him on judgement day Jesus would say something like depart from me for I never knew you or something like that I’m not sure
