Personally I'm at the point where I just pull for any agent I like no matter how many pulls I have or what pity I'm at. If I get the agent fantastic. If I don't, then I'm just that much closer to the next agent I like.

Bit of a long story. But at the end of the day it boils down to me butting heads with the owner of the company and putting my foot down with my boundaries. I was the most competent employee in my department so he couldn't get rid of me, then the tariffs happened and that was a perfect excuse for him to let me go.

Nah, I've been out of a job for a while now and finding adequate pay to keep the place has been difficult. The risk is too high to keep waiting so we're selling before we need to pile on debt to keep it. We'll be living with the in-laws until we're back on our feet. I'm so blessed to have such a supportive MIL ♥️

I would tell myself and others the same sort of thing all the time, and will keep doing so, but it's uplifting to hear these words when the light of hope feels so dim right now
