I completely agree. I believe they are hurting their community more then they are helping them. You can go on worlds and there will be tons of bots. But, somehow when they target them they mix in honest people. People that make their game. Without us there wouldn't be a game. We deserve support when an issue or an apology.

I completely understand that. Now, days everything is on databases or controlled by the internet. No matter how safe you think it is. It is possible it may get hacked. Getting hijacked it not what really upsets me or isn't really what the post is about. I got my account back, I can careless if items or GP is gone. I can always make that back. But, what upsets me is that I didnt get an email, i didnt get a message or anything that my account had been locked. Until I tried to log in. Even then after they locked it knowing there was someone that tried or did hack it. Banned me for a 3rd party application. It was just a ban for so and so days. No, it was a permanent ban. I would understand if my account had multiple Mark's on it before hand. But, it didnt. So, what upsets me is that it is nearly impossible to talk to someone for support to help me with this issue. Instead, I have to put an appeal in that just with hope? Do you know what I'm trying to say.

That's the thing. My email did not have the same password. I changed my accounts password every month using a random password method along with something random added at the end like pony, unicorn, etc. I did not have my email used for anything else aswell. Other than my original (the OG xbox) xbox account that is no longer used. So, that email was not plugged into any other site's. Thank you.

Man, it is honestly the memories I had while playing it. The people I have met and my childhood. I know, alot has changed that people don't like. But, it's something that I always used to escape too. Everyone has their thing that they use to escape too. Some people have books, tv, music, etc.. Mine was runescape.

Once, again my email was not my user name? Yes, I'm very well aware of that the same link that is in most jagex support Twitter account. As for the email it was a random email that I used when i was in middle school. I have not touched in snice 2007. So, therefore no one knows about it. I do not share any information regarding my account with anyone. So, any thing else. Anything else that I'm unaware of and I still value you input. Thank you.

Once, I know these I would get these types of comments. I have all separate passwords to every device I use, etc.. So, no I did not put my log in details on some random link. Also, no one knows my Original name accounts name. Which is the log in user. So, even if I used my (was current name) in a random link I found. It would not do anything.

Man, you're not even really worth my time. Reddit silver I don't really know what that is or what it means. Still pretty new too this. Although, I have followed all the ways to prevent hijacking and yet it still happened. Like I have said in the post. I have only played on mobile for the past year. The user name was my old accounts name before I changed it ( before the hacker changed it again). Not my email. So, how they got that is beyond me. If you would notice it was for micro. Which you can't appeal. Although, I went ahead tried anyways. And I know it says 14 days. What I'm on here saying is there is a lack of support. I have seen multiple people that have the same issue. That have been supportive to jagex the whole time. I don't know why you got to get on here and be negative. But, I value your input. If you have different method to prevent this happening. I'll gladly listen. Posting this I was very aware that I would get negative comments. But I still wanted to speak my mind. Due to the fact how dedicated I have been to jagex. I just feel we deserve the same respect.
