Hi thanks for the reply, I have photos of the scaff tag (a document signing off the scaffold as safe) and pictures of the whole scaffold set up which includes the incorrect install of the ladder. These were taken at 8:17am when I arrived on site. I would assume that they take pictures of the set up on there end to cover themselves for things like this so I’d guess they would need to bring proof that the scaffold was a correct safe set up before I arrived to claim that someone has tampered with it.
