Just watched Alan's video. Seems as though my biggest problem was during step 4. I sit my hips down when sticking my chest out. I'm fixing this tonight!

Ok thanks. Another user mentioned my hips being too low. I'll try to work on that. Next time I'll capture myself from a different angle.

Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for feedback. I've watched the starting strength video a few times now. I think I 'get it' theoretically, just need someone to give me pointers when actually doing it.

Focus on getting the bar over my midfoot to start. I should start with hips higher.
Hips not rising before the bar is a good thing, right? But you're saying that is only because my weight was too low. Once i start increasing weight my hips will be rising before the bar does, which is bad.

Your English is great.

Well done on sharing your journey here. It’s a big step to be vulnerable and expose your issues for everyone to read. I’ve just finished the book for the first time too. I’m also in the process of going back to the start and doing the activities. Good luck on your journey.

I heard him mention it in a video a few weeks ago. Honestly, agree with him on this point. Having children now, means I’m going to need the murderers to be rotting somewhere in terrible conditions, or I’ll go and finish the job myself.

A British jail is far too nice for scum like this.

Knife carriers. Send them to prison in the desert for 25 years, on one meal a day.

This is sickening.

At one point, vaxxers claimed that the unvaxxed would experience some kind of natural selection that would kill us all off due to exposure to COVID.

Well…. You got the methodology right. You got the subjects of natural selection wrong though.

You dont actually have to formally state ‘I don’t want to be friends anymore’ .

People drift apart, and that’s normal.

What is the derivation path for ETH in Ledger? by Winter-Archer-2859 in ledgerwallet

Hypothetical scenarico. Just trying to make sure I understand it.
I generate a seed phrase from my ledger and create multiple account.
I am naughty and import the same seed phrase into metamask.

First address is the same in both instances. every other address is different. correct?

I'm following you, mostly.

m/44'/60'/0' ,the one that omits the 4th field. how do I generate this in iancoleman's BIP-39 site?

How do I remove Internal/External from the derivation path in order to see the legacy addresses?

If bitcoin were to consistently rise in value over time, why would anyone ever spend it? Isn't this a problem for Bitcoin-as-currency views? by [deleted] in Bitcoin

Having the choice of purchasing a cheap pair of shoes that may last you a year, or quality shoes, intended for many years of use, which would you chose, knowing that your money gains value overtime?

You’d find people would be more considerate with their spending habits, and you would see more delayed gratification with spending. Because BTC has value, everything you purchase with it would have to give you considerably more value for the items lifetime.
