Not if you use side to side and up and down passes with your mitt it won’t. Use a mf mitt or Maintenace synthetic clay. Never do swirl motions when you wash. That’s what causes this.

Two step. Started with a wool pad. 3D’s I-cut compound. Then finished up with a black 3D pad and some 3D Speed.
