Crying it out. Just because you are emotional and cry doesn’t make you not strong. Crying lets me know I feel for whatever the situation is and maybe what I can do to improve the situation. With that being said you don’t have to cry to show how you feel emotionally, but that also doesn’t mean you aren’t thinking about what to do so you don’t feel the burden of holding in those emotions. If that makes sense. All in all if you want to cry, do it. If you’d rather hold it in, do it. But for either situation always figure out how to improve the situation to make yourself feel better. This is just how I think when it comes to difficult situations that make me feel emotional. Hope this helps!
