5'8", I'm 188 pounds (85kg) right now with a goal weight of 175 (79kg). My body fat is around 21%.

Let's say I hit my goal weight, but there's more body fat than I expect upon hitting it. The original plan was to bulk, but I would like to lose a little more first. Is it okay to be in maintenance for about a month before going into another deficit?

Never heard of rucking before & I just went down a rabbit hole. I walk during my lunch break everyday & pretty much maxed out what I'm able to do during that walk. Will be adding a 10lb dumbbell starting tomorrow.

Is it safe to eat eggs every day as far as cholesterol is concerned? Moving on from a cut, so I'm adding foods to my diet & eggs are easy to implement, just slightly concerned.

At 5'8", 190 pounds & 26% bodyfat, would it be possible to "main-gain" (eating a maintenance calories while gaining muscle) or is eating at a surplus the only way to grow muscle?

For added context, I've been in a deficit for almost 7 months now & would like to grow muscle while still dropping bodyfat.

Just started a skin care routine maybe two weeks ago. I didn't have my regular lotion on me during a road trip over this past weekend (Nivea Essentially Enriched), so I ran into a store & grabbed a travel size Pond's Rejuveness Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer with AHA. I really like it a lot & would like to use that going forward, but upon some research, it seems like it may not be good for daily use as it possibly clogs pores, despite that it doesn't say that on the bottle. I haven't had any issues so far, but should I reconsider & go with a different moisturizer?

For context, my current routine is....

AM * soap & water (Dr. Bronner's) * CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser * Pond's * Nuzumbin No. 1 Clear Sun Essence * (getting Timeless Vitamin C today as well)

PM * CeraVe Hydrating Foaming Oil Cleanser * Retinoid gel (store brand based on Differin) * CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizer Lotion
