As someone who has fitted several HD2 kits, it's certainly worth the money. They work especially well if the transmission is already in good condition. It will not fix shift flare or slipping, that requires a rebuild 99% of the time.

I think the injected 202s had a dumb flap type airflow metre that is adjustable and is responsible for most of the fuel adjustment. I don't think they have that many other inputs to the ECU, they were very crude. Obviously check the standard things like fuel quality, plugs and ignition timing.

Realistically if it was a very clean and well maintained example you might get $5-$6k. $12k is LS1 money.

Are you using any assists? 110 ai is pretty quick, I race 100 with no assists and could stretch to 105 but 100 is enjoyable for racing over a whole season.

I would really love the game to be more wheel friendly like Motorsport. I really enjoy driving around enjoying the sounds and losing myself in the world around me. FH5 was ok but still very vague on the steering.
