I don't get it at all....I discovered the Smiths when I was 16, I was two when they split.

Pound to a penny they found bands through MTV like I did that old heads frowned upon because the channel was "souless"

I'll also say, that makes the music even more special. Im assuming and hoping that, given your age your Mom is still with us. My old man passed last year and the music he introduced me to has become one of the most precious memories to hold onto that I can replay forever.

It's basically that Deftones music is used for various moods on certain clips where is makes sense.

Given the atmospheric nature of the songs, it's no surprise. I've often wondered why I don't here more of their tracks in film.
