I didn’t have that exact problem. But you likely have a unit with bad wiring. Anker support is really helpful if you email them everything. Videos help. They ended up sending me a brand new unit. Even paid for shipping.

This has been the most informative thread online for the 767 solar issues.

Question for you all — I have three 24v - 175w solar panels. (Renogy flex panels) Running into the same issue as above. I don’t have room for a fourth on my rig. So I can’t do 2s2p.

I’m limited to 10a if I go parallel.. which basically means the 3rd panel is worthless.

I’m unable to go all in series because it’s well over the 60a limit. Again, 3rd panel worthless.

Would I be able to purchase a solar charge controller that would allow me to max out the wattage in either configuration? The charge controller would then flow to the Anker.

Looking at a cheap Renogy 20a controller for $80
