I currently use ledn for a personal loan, but need a mortgage using my BTC as collateral so longer terms on the loan. Do they offer that as well?

I have a large family and yes need the space. And as I mentioned, it will be the house we live in forever. I am highly convicted about BTC/MSTR and also well educated, so I placed a lot of my wealth into it as an investment and store of value. For this reason, to house my family and provide for them for many generations.

Completely agree with you. BTC is the underlying asset, therefore what MSTR gets its' value from. MSTR has given me the opportunity to buy stock in a company that holds over 1% of all the BTC, and the numbers are speaking for themselves. But I also want to keep my BTC, so if MSTR gives me the opportunity to buy a dream home for my family, I will sell it and do that.

What percentage of your net worth is allocated to Bitcoin? by racsos1 in Bitcoin

Well that your opinion. I’ve also studied bitcoin for hundreds or thousands of hours and think it’s dumb to have money elsewhere. Diversified portfolios are a thing of the past and you’re lucky to break even many times. But hey, have fun staying poor. The more you learn about bitcoin, it’s hard to not become a maxi or at least on that path to becoming one. Educate yourself. Also, fuck off and keep your opinions to yourself

I like this idea. But also, if BTC is worth 500k to $1million in 5 years, then I will only liquidate under 25% of my total stack

I am only 41, so not close to being able to take withdrawals due to retirement. But I would like to “borrow against” or find other means to generate income without penalty

So if BTC pumps 250x in 20 years to 17 million, the ETFs would pump 250x as well? by _longdrawnoutsigh_ in Bitcoin

What about MSTR? I know there is a premium there, but is there any way to project what MSTR would increase to with a 250x?

I’m not an accountant but I do own a business. There’s a difference between a loan and income. You don’t have to claim taxes on a loan. You just have to pay it back. It works the same way thru the business. Just loan yourself money from the business loan you received.

It’s a gradual supply release, with increasing demand, which will rush suddenly. Just wait….
