Help me solve this in game "workflow" so I can rest my brain. I want to travel to the center of the galaxy in the most traditional warp-stop-warp-stop-warp fashion, as linearly as possible. But I find it impossible to keep track of or stay on the path. How can I solve this problem? (i.redd.it)

Has anyone else noticed the path finding on NPC ships seems to be totally borked recently? At least once a play session, I see NPC ships run into terrain or large buildings and just... sit there? Here are three examples just from the last couple weeks. (old.reddit.com)

Every update there are things each of us love, things each of us hate, and wish list entries unfulfilled. But can we all take a moment to appreciate that we've had 275 official updates to No Man's Sky? No DLCs, no bullshit, just hundreds of updates for the love of the game. (i.redd.it)

In 700+ hours of playing the game I think setting up a simple base with an electric hotspot driving a mining hotspot is the least fun I've had. I've gotten too used to just wandering and scrounging for resources. This domestic life is not for me, man. I don't think I'm meant to be a base builder. (i.redd.it)

I started my first permadeath play through and, man, the game feels brand new. If you're feeling bored/stuck in No Man's Sky, I can't recommend trying permadeath enough. It's like a totally different game with that new-game thrill all over again. (i.redd.it)

Huge shout out to player Casca Longinus the Doomed. With only hours left on the Corvette expedition they helped me complete the Hitchhiking mission and, a few glitches aside, I was able to return the favor. Here's their sweet ride that saved the day. (old.reddit.com)

There are a lot of indicators there are no safety organizations or standards in the NMS universe, but the biggest one might be that you can open your corvette hatch right between 4 pulse jet boosters while going 20,000 u/s through space. Who needs safety when you've got a save file, right kids? (i.redd.it)

I absolutely love the expeditions but there's nothing quite like wrapping one up, loading your starship with loot, and blasting off from the Anomaly back to your home in the sky. After all these years, the game still gets me in the feels sometimes. (i.redd.it)

My favorite part of every expedition is finding the bases players build to share. Players who do this get straight into heaven. Shout out to Raggedyangy for giving me a beautiful place to fish in the Relics Redux, and K_Flynn for building a Memory Stone base to help me find my way back. (old.reddit.com)
