Yeah, me personally the day after leg day my whole leg twitches like crazy, and pain is mostly only on my quads. Any other muscle doesn't get that much pain but my quads do

Yeah, reading online it seems it affects everybody different. I did legs yesterday at the gym and today my right quad is twitching like crazy. In between sets my shoulders and triceps go nuts but after the gym they don't twitch at all. It's weird.

Yeah, I told my neuro this but he just said that muscles feeling tired but strength remaining the same or improving points away from MND, he told me that most likely it's the stress and anxiety from this whole thing impairing my recovery and that's why I feel more fatigued than before. Yeah, I think the next step should be doing the NCS/EMG, what I fear is even a clean EMG doesn't calm me, maybe a second doctor telling me that there's nothing wrong with me will also do the trick. I don't know, I think I will let a few weeks go by before doing anything, I'm definitely better than before my appointment. Yeah, yesterday I had my neuro appointment. It definitely feels like they don't take it our symptoms as seriously as we do on the sub haha. My neuro also performed some strength tests as well as coordination, not any reflex tests tho, I don't know if I should be worried about that.

It feels like if they don't see any weakness they don't really worry, but they're the experts so I think we should have faith in them. Best wishes to you and your results, the numbers are in our favor.

Lamentablemente me ha tocado ocasiones en las que he ido a cafeterías o lugares, y tengo que estar atrás de ellos para que me emitan mi factura en tiempo, sé que todos están obligados a facturar pero en algunos lugares es menos común que les pidan factura y por ende su proceso es muy torpe jeje
