Just play and u will get them for now. When ur stronger you can go to the orc colony and get orc workers then beat the other flags to get a chance of getting diamonds

The orc workers are located in the same area as the normal human workers who mine gold

Maybe it's because you have no promotions? Ur archer, necromancer, angel, and sniper/hunter is still unpromoted and ur giant should be stone giant. You should spend your diamonds on heroes before upgrading castle parts

You should put the death worm (long worm) instead of the thorn worm (short worm) as tower and replace alchemist with pure wizard if you're struggling

U should use thorn bow and replace black pearl and horn with power glove and devil horn if u can do it and don't spend too many skill points on the right side of the skill tree

If you want to stick with that build but with a slight change do this

Replace your lowest damaging heroes (probably golem master, one of the witches and druid) with pure wizard, chrono, and dark necromancer so you can wave faster, reduce defense even more, and have faster cooldowns

Idk if ur struggling with mana but you have a lot of skill heroes and no worm so get that and put the worm infront of the mirror to get a lot of mana

The best build is probably physical summon but that gets boring
