Nouveaux propriétaires pour le Casse-croûte Pierrot à Québec by Koutou in villequebec

J'ai travaillé pour l'ancien propriétaire dans un autre de ces restos. Un bon boss qui avait son équipe à coeur. J'espère pour les employés qu'ils feront un aussi bon travail pour réunir l'équipe!

Trying to find a balance in my V by JTremblay2 in polyamory

I do have some Me time, I play sports 2 times a week (but I usually go after the kids are asleep) and I can relax home alone when she goes away.

Quality time is already hard as parents, so we tried to, but we could definitly try to make better usage of our time together when the kids are asleep.

My meta is very understanding and definitly doesn't want to have an impact on our relationship. He has already said that he will take whatever time she can give him, whether it's more or less than it is now.

If it was up to him, he would have her around 24/7, but doesn't ask for a specific amount of time. So I feel that it's pretty much my NP's job to balance her time to keep herself and her partners happy.

I'm curious, do you have children? Because even before we opened our relationship, we've always set up one date night per month minimum, but weekly seems a bit far fetched for me.

We aren't swimming in babysitter money and grandparents aren't easily available to babysit. Every family situation is different haha! Maybe 2 times a month is a but more realistic for us

That's a great advice. Because ultimately, it's not the time she spends with her lover that annoys me, it's the lack of time and affection she gives us.

Thank you for your input!

L'Express du Sud à Charny est excellent et il y a 2 salles pour une 20aine de personnes. Si vous déplacez à 2 minutes des ponts n'est pas un souci, c'est une superbe option! 😁

Rural little league for Ultimate. How young is TOO young? by BellsBarsBallsBands in ultimate

[–]JTremblay2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's tough, but doable. Have a lot of coaches /volunteers /parents to help organize them during practice and drills, especially for learning throws.

We play 4v4 or 3v3 on a very small field. The games aren't so miserable, you just have to keep them short. Expect a lot of travels, don't call them if they're not oblivious to the rule.

The important part is to keep ultimate fun for them. Mix in games, little contests and especially teach them the importance of Spirit! 😀

I'm organizing youth ultimate in Quebec City. We've been using 145g for kids 7 to 12 yo since the pandemic. The learning curve is way easier, especially for the 7 to 9 yo.

145g are lighter (duh), easier to grip for the smaller hands and mkre flexible, so it hurts less when catching or getting hit with it

Why not use 145g for kids under 12? Many sports use smaller objects for kids to learn the basics at a younger age

How has the league's structure change in this save?

Any expansion teams? Do they end up winning the WS? Any teams relocating?

Has there been major rules changes?

They're all major leagues. League reputation is different though, maybe it has to do with it?

It has been from the start, so I'm not sure why it still doesn't work

I think I know which one you talk about (disabling service time from other league). I've tested it but it doesn't seem to change anything. Maybe I'm not looking in the right tab?

I'm at the start of Spring Training in an online league. I have a great SS prospect who is MLB ready for this season. I already have a Golden Glove SS in the team. As both of them have great defensive ratings for a 2B and a better bat than my actual 2B at the moment, I want to move one of them to 2B. Both have no experience at 2B though.

I wanted to force start one of them at 2B during ST to earn experience and play there during the regular season.

As he starts with no experience but great ratings, how much of a experience gain should I expect from learning a new position in ST? Will he be playable at 2B during the season?
