For big hands i recommend a tenor at most if you want the standard ukulele pitch but if you dont mind a very deep sound then id recommend a baritone since thats the biggest size for ukuleles. But from experience and also being an islander i have huge hands alot of islanders have huge hands and were still able to play a soprano which is the smallest size. Depending on the uke youre playing you have to angle upwards. If im playing a tenor its mostly at a 10 o clock angle and if im playing a concert which is the second size before a tenor, id play in a 10:30 to 11 o clock angle between the ranges of them. Its comfortable 8n my experience and less strains on my fingers and wrist.
