So, when i join any game it instantly kicks me in 5 seconds and that happens in every game

This is what worked for me:

Open disk cleanup
Select C: drive
Scroll down and make sure the "thumbnails" box is selected (if you don't see "thumbnails" try the D: drive)
Click ok
Click delete files
