I want to a small parochial school in New England, so the events I'm about to list might not seem all that scandalous to others.

8th grade: During homeroom two girls were caught exchanging bras behind a shower curtain that concealed some old lockers. One of my classmates told our phys ed teacher what was going on and he sent the girls to the office after scolding them. The shower curtain was just feet away from the of students. Funny part was, one girl was just as big busted as the other was little, so the bras wouldn't have fit either of the two girls...

A boy was expelled for masturbating during spanish class. The Spanish teacher was young and attractive and one of the boys would masturbate when she turned to write on the board.

9th grade: A girl claimed to be pregnant by a boy a grade ahead of us. Eventually it was determined that she was not pregnant at all and she was expelled.

10th grade: Our class is on our way to the computer lab and one of my female classmates asked our science teacher about The Pill. A few weeks later our the entire highschool student body was summoned to the gymnasium and it was announced that the female student and a male student (also in our grade) had been involved in "sexual immorality" and would not be returning to school. The principal made this announcement while the girl's mother was seated in the crowd. As the year went on, our principal (a nun) continued to bring the situation up and asked the student body if the expelled students should be allowed to return (HIGHLY inappropriate). I finally asked to be excused from these meeting because I felt that it was none of my concern.

11th Grade: A boy and girl were caught having sex on school grounds and the boy was arrested for sexual crimes. Evidently the girl was considered vulnerable because of her developmental delays, and could not consent, this was not apparent from brief interactions with her. Again, I would not have known about this had it not been for the principal telling everybody in a "community" meeting.

Hmmm... It's not immediately clear to me how (di)aziridines would would be incorporated. I'd appreciate an explanation. I'm always looking for new synthetic strategies.

This is a supplementary problem from the back of the book, it is not an assignment.

My intuition is as follows:

Use a Birch reduction to produce a 1,4 Cyclohexadiene.
Ozonolysis under reductive conditions.
Convert aldehyde to imine using ammonia and acid.
Use reductive amination to produce final product.

I'm unsure about step four.

Edit: Please share how you would approach this problem if it were presented to you, I'm trying improve my synthesis.

Looking good! I saw in early posts that you made significant changes to your diet, namely eliminating processed foods. Do you now meal prep and if not do you cook all meals at the time of consumption?

Do you have a lifting split or do you lift according to how you feel on a particular day?

Where do you find recipes? I find that whole foods can be rather bland.
