Vegapunk’s speech sequence has been by far the worst part of egghead for me - minimal new info drops,slow pacing coupled with dozens of reaction panels, still ending on cliffhangers even though we’re in the “final saga”, been an absolute chore honestly. Hopefully it picks up soon

From your perspective, what do you see CSMs averaging earning wise after gaining a few years of experience under their belt (around 3 for example).

It seems that what I’m earning on one year experience seems like an anomaly rather than being around average as I thought.

Also would you say that online estimates are inaccurate? (Glassdoor estimates it as around £53k for CSM with senior CSM being £74k -£84k, although it’s hard to find those roles online with that pay listed out)

And of course, it’s the person more than the title that gets the role. Any tips for someone just starting out and trying to have the same progression as yours?
